By accessing and using the AccuSmart Metering Solutions Dashboard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AccuSmart provides a cloud-based platform for managing smart meter installations, commissioning, and monitoring. The Service includes project management, meter tracking, user administration, and reporting features.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious code or content

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AccuSmart and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates that temporarily affect Service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

AccuSmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccuSmart and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
